Try "A Struggle With Sin" Yes it's an RPG made in RPGMaker but without a chibi overworld. I was wary of trying it for a long time because the graphics aren't the best, but the gameplay loop and storyline is actually engaging.

I think OP didn't do SiNiStar2 justice, the art style was one of the best I've seen, it's like pixel art with Minecraft shaders with atmospheric animated backgrounds that most H games are desperately lacking. Makes some games feel eerily to play. Also the situations you can find yourself in to get the H scenes are perfect.

You can look literally one post above yours, for example: While it's pretty bare for now(?), it still quite decent. But at least I haven't found another list this expansive and detailed the one here, even if some of the ratings are comically mystic.

There have been good games released, they're just not easy to find. You kinda have to go digging in the mud to find the gems.

From what I haven't found on this list (and what passed through my head), dingasu's platformer games tho they are still in development, impy's game tho they can be confusing sometimes (start with summer sweeper), also salvor deep by delusria is quite nice
