I can't tell if this is a genuine question or a cry for help, but I'll assume the former. It just means not watching it anymore. The reason it's worded in such a way is because it's treated like an addiction.

(Note: while I'm aware it might be addictive and harmful to some, I do not consider it in and of itself an addictive [yes I'm using that as a noun, fuck off], as it is not actively trying to be rope you into doing more of it--all it's doing is triggering your brain to create more happy chemicals, which is natural. A fix I'd assume is pretty effective is finding other things that produce dopamine and serotonin for you, like playing video games or talking to friends. I'd assume this is why I haven't really gotten addicted, at least by modern standards, but I could be talking out my ass for all I know.)

Wait, is this list, like based on games that allow you to see a decent amount of sex scenes by playing the game well, and not just rewarding you for failing? Because if a good game can be something something like Graveyard Executioner where they let you do fucked up stuff to all the enemies that's all well and good, but you are also putting games that are something like *insert dime a dozen vore game here* where the only vore scenes are game over sequences, I'd want to make a list that rates games based on their quality and wether or not you have to fail to see the scenes.
