Old Profession v0.20 is available for download.
.
You can make the main character do all kind of sex acts, or go anal only, oral only, stay completely virgin... Any combination you want.
Hypnosis Reimu can be played anal only, though it'll take you longer to hit the win condition and unlock the rest of the content. Only one real position imo, but can put a finger, dildo, penis and enema up Reimu.
Don't lose then. It's still a game, not a basic visual novel. There's also a spell called "Custodio" that prevents monsters from using sex skills on you for 3 turns, the most they can do is tease.
I really like Old Profession myself and I'm glad to see it brought back from the dead.
The game literally has exactly that. After each battle Lana wins she can have "victory sex" and choose anal.

Nahh, it's a rubbish trope. If content is barred behind losing or doing bad, it's a shit game design, since you're telling the player to go against the objectives of the game to see content rather than rewarding in any capacity for doing well. No idea why it got so widespread and popular. In some games you'd straight up see almost no sex if you actually play the game well.

I think you are doing way too much assuming and you should probably just play the game. Very few scenes are "barred".
Old Profession has more sex scenes/animations than maybe 4 average games combined. Combat sex scenes (excluding victory/defeat) scenes are quite generic and certainly not something extraordinary that you'd lose out on by playing well.
A large part of them can be initiated by the player during combat too, since it takes two to tango. For a majority of the combat scenes, the only difference between winning and losing is a matter of whether you choose the scene or the enemy does. I will take a "wild guess" and say that everyone on this thread is intentionally barring themselves from vaginal sex, so playing well is not a great loss lol. This also makes the game more interesting and challenging since we wish to protect the MC's vagina from penetration lol.
And now on a wider game design level, there is absolutely nothing wrong with adding loss-bound content to games. It increases variety and adds consequences.

Seems that unlike most 3dcg it's actually at least somewhat more unique and interesting than DAZ crap, so I'll keep it in my bookmarks.
What I was talking about was games that have their majority of h content behind losing, which ig was misplaced in context of this game then.

The defeat and victory sex scenes are quite similar, so, visually you don't miss sex scenes by only wining. Even if there are more defeat sex scenes (More since I try the game), save scumming is really easy on this game.

I was thinking about if I should add games like this to the list because games like this and others like Secret Horse Files 3and Rack are purely sandbox and not so much like games, like the sex and animations are there but lack on dialogues and other elements made them more like a program, aren't focussed on an specific interaction, these games just have them. Although, I know is not that much the case with Hypnosis Reimu but still.
If you guys want me to add games like these I could do so, however, I don't where it will fit on the list and with which check-marks.

In gaming theory, these are called playthings or toys even, not games. A proper game should have clearly defined rules and objectives (winning and loosing conditions). I'd say more than half of what passes for porn games are porn playthings in actuality, more or less engaging, depending on the ingenuity of their interactive features, but playthings still. In short, they're digital fuckdolls which do A if you click B; or collections of digital fuckdolls / sex scenes. The best attempts at porn games would be what I'd call pornified games, the likes of economic simulations as brothel/porn studio managers or RPGs with battle sex, where spells/special moves are replaced with sex actions and positions, and your PCs equipment is turned to a catalog of erotic lingerie and a sex toy store. Karryn's Prison would be the closest to a perfect porn game, if you don't mind the overwrought passive system, which eventually collapses under its own weight.
Moving Out appears to be anal-focused. Whether it will remain that way remains to be seen. Currently there is a single "incomplete" vaginal sex scene in the game

Yeah, exactly this. Although the Reimu game has some gameplay elements so I will consider adding that one. For Secret Horse Files 3 I'm going to wait until it updates because its apparently getting an advance AI and dialogues, so, until then.
