I prefer AO games as well, but damn some of these ai chatbots are much better than I expected. Yeah I need to steer them the right way sometimes but when they get going it can be pretty damn decent.
I had no previous experience with ai chatbots, went with chub.ai to check the characters Anon2298 posted earlier, and there's some pretty good ones there. Also seems quite easy to mess with the characters and make them more to my liking

I don't know about other platforms since chub is the first one I used, but up to now I'm pretty content with what's on offer.
It's easy enough to just pick a character, but also messing with characters to refine them to your taste is also easy
One thing that really made it for me is that I can add 2 different characters to the same conversation, and have the ai take turns between them. I don't really enjoy talking to the ai too much, but watching a story between 2 different characters being written for me, while I get to steer it one way or another is pretty great.
I do need to correct some things the ai tends to forget after a while, but since I can edit the ai's response, whenever I see that it's starting to miss some stuff, I write it back into one of the character responses to give it context again.
The dialogue can get pretty raw at times. Honestly I find it very entertaining when the ai starts to degrade and humiliate one another on its own rofl

And the free credits seem to recharge twice a day to 300 responses in the free mode, I found it's more than enough to go through the day without worries.

Just sharing my latest creation, I love My Pig Princess but damn, the dev really focused on other girls instead of giving some Pig Princess content. Does the game ever acknowledge your butt only experience or it is just butt sex only for the player (trying to avoid all vaginal scenes for example)? Or to put it simply, are your actions organic to the game(or story), are they acknowledged?

I was thinking about recommending this game here, though I haven't finished it yet. It's really good overall.
In terms of anal-only though, I'm not sure if there's much more anal beyond 3 unique brothel scenes and the kappa scene.
Trying anal-only is not acknowledged anywhere either, the game also starts with a mandatory dildo scene. Virginity is mentioned once, but that's before any vaginal scenes can happen.
The game is really good, but I'm not sure it makes it onto the main list, possibly not qualifying if toys count against it, and I don't think there's enough anal for a mention at the bottom either. And even without penetrative scenes, there's a lot of lesbian content, with and without toys, so even when not fucked there's a lot of pussy use.
I additionally haven't tried playing through it anal-only, as some scenes are part of side quests that give you notable rewards I didn't want to skip out on, and I don't think there's enough anal content to support trying to go anal-only.

As for anal-only, yeah, you have to avoid any other content to have it. You can go anal-only if you do brothel stuff, but once you start exploring... some missions lead to sex scenes with vaginal sex.

Actions aren't acknowledged afaik. I mentioned it here because the original list isn't made of games where AO is the focus, there is a bit of everything, but yeah, not truly anal only.

On note of e-h/exh I really dislike how the site operates on the assumption of defaultness of vaginal to the point that there isn't even a tag for it. Which means no ability to filter it out when I don't want it :/
At least the focus anal tag tends to bring good results
