Log in e-hentai, then open exhentai and delete the cookies in that page. Refresh the page once it's done and you should be good.

It is per-device, yes. You can be logged in on the phone but you'll still need to wait it out on your pc for the first time.
no as in is exhentai just straight up unusable from asia or something? at least from what I've read somewhere

it's definitely just cookies.
install a cookie extension, make sure no tabs are open for either domain, delete cookies for both domains, open e- and login, try opening ex and it should work.
oh it's definitely usable.

i immediately gave up with the classic RPGM mechanics. couldn't be bothered to slog through it.

Ideal father name? Ideal game. Really enjoyful game, full of aliveness. Finally something that is worth playing.
It is a shame that you find such originality in "loli" only and not on something else like young adults or adults. However, the game concept is quite good and it is even more fun when the friend comes.
Sadly, i don't see any mention of anal in terms of the reactivity. It is a game based on events, if you don't pass a certain event, you can't do penetration(especially noticed on the friend).
Keep affection high, use "wait" command on the next hour mark( if it is 12:00. skip to 15:00) and you will find events.
A shame you can't go out with the friend and daughter 3P style, a really wanted chance

all that i tried are still very subpar, and the ones that are good block NSFW.
we gotta wait another 2 years. currently the issue is the hardware is not exactly cheap to run your own NSFW models.
