If only Ishimiso's works were adapted into H-games, totally uncensored, I think a lot of us would be in ass-only heaven. Unfortunately, none...
My Jazzy Lolly Crush and Revenge Alternative have really good dialogue when it comes to anal sex, but even then, doesn't acknowledge the girl being a virgin (MJLC has weird text on top of that), not so much by games in that aspect... for the Squid Massage 3D game there are new dialogues in recent updates but only one for anal-only, I hope these get crank in the future... besides that, well, not much.

Im not sure if it is in list yet, but there are few nice anal scene.

haven't completed the game yet, but from what I played it has some elements like the family house setting where you are surrounded by females -in this case of your family, I really enjoy incest (my second fetish, very far from the first, anal, but stil- under the same roof. Eh, be a sceptic, but then don't complain about a lack of anal-focused games if you are not willing to even ask for them and criticise those that do.

If a developer intends to make money off of their game, of course they are going to listen to feedback. I discovered Stains of Blue "too late", so the only feedback at the time was from anal haters.

Games like The Better Deal have one of the best implementations of Anal-Only out there, but I had to push for AO to even be an option. The creators were initially weary of this concept, of what it meant, and whether it would hurt their chances of landing on Steam.
