There are basically two versions authored by the same dev. The earlier version (0.17, if I'm not mistaken), while much less polished plot-wise, was a much more properly debauched assfest. But then again, it was sillier from the realism point of view. Somehow the dev was unable to find a happy middle ground to his story and it could be one of the reasons the game got abandonded.

I mean, I can agree with that, this is what I mention about technicalities, like, on the surface anal-only is using only the ass and nothing else and virginity is a priority for some but not others. You seem to misunderstand. Can you play 'Karryn's Prison' having all sex with the exception of anal? Yes, you can! Can you play DoL the same way? But of course! Thus both KP and DoL can be 'anal-only' just as well as 'no-anal'. You can even toggle a switch to remove any anal actions in DoL's settings, if I'm not mistaken (and I'm not). You seem to misunderstand. Can you play 'Karryn's Prison' having all sex with the exception of anal? Yes, you can! Can you play DoL the same way? But of course! Oh, I understand the point, what I say is that Karryn's Prison and Degrees of Lewdity can be better on anal-only than games with only anal and nothing else. Like, even if is optional, can be better and on top of that, gives you the choice of doing so, which speaks volumes about how open is the game itself with their gameplay.

As far as for Prepare Uranus, I think I have mostly hear mixed things even from anal-only fans, that doesn't mean that doesn't deserve a place on the list, I already say that will be included, but because we are valuating the overall quality, being only about anal is not going to give it extra points.
