Sadly, I don't see any game fully using this concept, from start to finish with closure. Games where you're pacifist by choice, have closure and game acknowledges your actions are very rare. But seeing games where you're virgin but you're using anal, now that's something you might see only once in your life and only if.
For now, I don't think there is any.
