Depends on what choice you picked for the priest I guess, but looks more to me like he'll make suggestions that will split up the mum and dad.
I'm guessing any incest will be perceived incest between the twins rather than actually seeing it, otherwise it would have the incest tag.
I'm in the UK where it is seen as taboo, personally I don't have a problem with it, there's a lot of 'kinks' I don't have a problem with, although saying that there isn't any one in my family I would want to have that sort of relationship with.
