Keeping karma high blocks certain corrupted choices, but the opposite is not necessarily true, especially for final choices. After all, redemption is always possible, no matter what you've done in the past.

Hey, Saint, I started over, cuz I kind of got lost, because of other games. So, let me ask you. Does Veronica, corrupt the whole family, mom, dad, bro and sisters? Does she have sex with all of them? I sure hope so. I'm going to stay on this game until I finish the current version.
Just finished the current version. Saint, you have a wonderful way of telling a story. I'm hoping the corruption continues for the entire family, and Veronica gets to enjoy everybody in the family. Maybe, even a family fuck-fest.

Indeed, by corrupting the rest of the family, she corrupts herself.
Incest isn't really the main subject of this VN. So apart from Antonio/Maria, there won't be much incest between the other characters. But it's an idea to explore for potential DLC (a kind of side story that starts at a certain point in the main story but goes off in a completely different direction, in this case full incest) once I've finished developing the main story.

Why not try making a simple contrast image. On the left is the initial state, on the right is the Bimbofication state, and I bet that's going to get people excited.

The thing is, bimbofication is only a small part of the game, and won't be imposed to everyone (depending on the route/sub-route chosen).
By making a cover that focuses solely on bimbofication, it could mislead some people about the main “theme” of the game.
I agree that the current one isn't ideal, but it's the only idea that popped into my head.
