It would be a good idea to add the 'pregnancy' tag. This game is completely designed around that fetish - the premise of the story is the heroines want the MC to knock them up, they talk about him impregnating them incessantly, and all have pregnant H-Scenes at the end.

If you mean mosaic censorship it is normal. Miel/Norn cheap niche eroge developer. This company just don't draw anythimg under mosaic.

This is sillier than most Cherry Kiss games. Nevermind the plot, it shows a basic disregard for the fundamentals of human anatomy, i.e. when the girl is pregnant, especially that pregnant, you are NOT ejaculating into an empty womb. Stop using the stock xray-shots.

Also, shouldn't an elf have pointed ears?

There's no auto update unless you own the game on Steam, you need a newer version of the game. Can't seem to find it anywhere else, so you'd probably need to make a update request (like this). The games up to version 1.4.3 now.
