The less damage you get the higher your score. No health taken away means an S score.

Score is based on Damage dealt - Damage taken. So if you use baby mode to lower enemy health the max rank you can get is like B-. So easiest route is to only take reduced dmg taken.

The amount of content is decent, the story is just on it's very early stage, gameplay (like playing the game, shooting) is mostly a bit of grinding, the quality is very well polished and good
if you play right now there is alot of teasing, like alot, but i still recommend playing it
but if you're into hot tanned skin tomboy, i suggest you wait for atleast 1-2 updates
