If i remember corectly it’s both and you can try comboing, not necessary have to do all that at the same time to get B+,its for S+, and just take less damage cuz that is what takes away most points

I don't know what am I doing wrong but best I scored was C+ and that was only once. Is it really that hard to achieve B+?

maybe you are using easier mode, its locked in that mode to get max -B

Try play in harder or easier mode (idk since i havent play in quite a while)
