we've had this discussion before but the scholarships are to pay for college so they are made available to deserving students... who are 18 years old maximum the scholarship is used to pay for studies and campus housing... that is why maximum 18 year old are required to "win" the schoolarship---

However, scholarships are maintained based on your yearly performance, so you can lose your scholarships next year if you do poorly or do not maintain an extremely high score GPA /also get new scholarships as it gets more expensive each year of college/university. And therefore this correlates with the College plot of Hard Exam

If it was accurate in the way you suggest, she would be wearing ordinary clothes, during the scenes where no exam was happening. Let's face it, Deep decided that Anna and her friends would be wearing a school uniform in college, for no good reason apart from that's how he wanted to portray them. Trying to fit some deeper meaning to it beyond that, just doesn't add up at all.

I think Anna in a school uniform does it for the Devs, that's why they keep going back to this game. They can't portray Anna under 18 having sex, because it would break Patreon rules. And in Anna's First Time she's obviously 18, and since that is set during summer recess, it can't be set prior to her senior year in high school, because she wouldn't be 18. The earliest she could be 18 in her senior high school year, is in September. Which means the summer recess that is featured in Anna's First Time must be the one after she's already finished high school. That means all Anna's sex content has to happen from college onwards. it is true that there are other pre-university scholarships but these types of scholarships are for merit on specific research subjects.. and are used to fund scientific research and not to pay for students' studies and housing

I think you completely didn't get what I was trying to say there, and the quote you mentioned from Old Church probably doesn't mean what you think it does either (it could easily refer to the place they went to have sex, when they first became lovers, because both of them are initially living in the college dorms. Later when Andrew finishes college and becomes an intern, he would have to leave the college dorms and get his own place or share with someone, so Old Church becomes the place they used to hide out together, when they needed some privacy). But you're right about one thing though, the case should be closed on this topic.
