Deep has previously stated there will be 4-6 endings, some of which will be love relationships with other characters besides Andrew, and at least one where she'll stay with Andrew. Now he said this several years ago, and he may have since changed his mind. If he has, it's likely to be more endings, rather than less. At least one ending, will probably be some kind of 'bad' ending ( possibly one where she falls into prostitution ?). Probably one, where she ends up in a lesbian relationship, and one where she ends up single.
I think some kind of cure for her condition will be found before the end of the game. And the player will have to choose whether she gets it, and that will play a big role, in what kind of endings she can have. I think though, if you've chosen to be on Andrew's Love route, you're probably already locked in to Anna receiving any cure.
As for the outcome of current storylines, well that will depend on your choices. Yes, I think she might end up as a real pornstar, or a gang boss, or running Jeremy's company. I think she could also end up as a prostitute and perhaps even a drug addict? Deep has stated in the past, that at least in one ending she will fall to the very bottom of the rabbit hole. So she may become a very different Anna, to the one we know, even now?
I think the game will last for at least three playable months. We're presently, half way through Week 7. So at least another 5 weeks ( as long as something unexpected doesn't happen with the Devs). That is likely to take another 3-4 years of development ( recently they've increased the turnover of updates somewhat, so I think it's possible to cover another 5 weeks of playable content, in that timeline).
Bear in mind, this is just me guessing, it could be less or more. But they've introduced quite a few new plotlines recently, which heavily suggests the Devs have no plans to end the game, anytime soon.
