Yep, the games been off rails for a while which is a shame considering its quality in the beginning.

So, I've played this update.
I can resume in ONE word : deception.
I was skeptical when I read some of your reactions. I was hopping something better.
It's kind like, the developer just made porn scene and nothing more. It's like watching porn, no passion.
I started porn game because there is a story. Something that keep you in front of your computer like hours and at the end you have your orgasm not just with your dick but with your brain at the same time.
Where is Anna from the beginning? The Anna who was at first innocent, after corrupted and then blackmailed? (all the interest was there)
Where is she? Is she has just one benefit to do what she does?
I had pleasure when she has to do it, because she has no choice, or she was blackmailed. You had the plot and full ideas, but you blow up.
What's happend? Is the developer is victim by his success? (like big TV show).

sorry but this was the worst update of the game..
This type of porn has being boring audiences since the 1970's. It reminds me of a Swedish movie called, " The Sex Tile", where a tile falls off a roof, hits a woman's head & turns her into a nymphomaniac. After that she just shags anybody that comes along....yawn. That's the whole plot. Half the audiece walked out, me included & we all went for a pint.
The last scene is amazing, black stockings and high heels are always very arousing together, and sometimes with a garter belt are also better!

i criticized that game before months ago.. and everyone disliked my comments.. now i see there are several user who think the same as me..
as i said before.. that game has still one of the best renders and animations (animations are getting boring by the way, always the same) and especially the best female character anna but that all sucks.. that game had such a potential but how that goes on is not understandable.. it doesn't makes sense for me..
i still enjoy some scenes but all in all it doesn't make that fun.. but i have to add that i liked the scene with jeff.. it could be better but i liked the idea..

Porn games with Female Protagonist games have always been way harder to plot than Male P. That is a fact at least in my opinion.
Male P is very straight forward. Throw in harem or incest tags and everyone be happy. Fancy darker themes? Sure lets slap in NTR and see forum riots left right and center.
Female P - Humm, what can we do here. She cant be a total slut from beginning. Ideally she should be adventurous, fateful (hah), a bit of blonde dizzy who gets herself in trouble everynow and then, probably also blackmailed into a few dicks as well. Probably should have a boyfriend where we can see some sex porn at the beginning of the game but of course please try not to follow typical JP settings where BF is really just a placeholder for NTR / shaming + BF being a pussy male / less than a man.
Even if developer manage to get it right the beginning, it is generally very hard to plot develop / perceive the FP not being a slut due to the amount of dicks she must have by the middle stage of the game. Generally no problems with MP, in fact , we want more pussies yea? FP humm, more dicks = degree of slut mode in general.
Anna seems to fall around this dangerous slippery slope. Each update is just sex with more dicks which is great if you want porn but does seem to be less exciting than before. But what do you expect from a 2 year old FP game? She also cant always be * blackmailed * or * forced * into more dicks unfortuntely.
One general way to combat/delay this slope is provide more alternative routes - choose your own adventure:
1) Let actions/choices have consequences - Good example here is the option of * getting rid * of her fat boss which after gangster kidnap him seem to have zero consequences of him taking advantage of Anna.
2) Anna has been cheating on BF for 2 years since launch - there should be options of breaking up with him
3) Maybe have a pure love route for those who stayed fateful - Boring for me but at least it be diverse.
Many more options and possibilities but the point here is not making the plot too linear. Diversity like GGGB was what make it really special, still is.
Lastly , there is the possibility this direction is exactly what the developer wants to make. It is his game, dictated by his vision, resources he can spare after his life + job and his patreons.

I agree with your reasoning... interesting to think this over. So the MP has to fool around as much as possible while the FP has to be just a 'little slutty'. Is that true for (many) male players reading through the comments on 1.7? Wonder how female players feel about this.
Speaking for myself i'm not sure. I enjoy to play the FP corruption 'process' (and if a choice is offered i almost always go for more corruption) than why should i be bothered if i succeed? After i succeed the FP is a slut and at that point the game maybe becomes less challenging? If we get hot scenes in return was it all worth it? Thinking this over... for me Anna has gone down the path, i like the result and i dont mind watching her being the slut 'i made her' (for me 1.7 was good).
GGGB (by Evakiss)? Idem (diversity is great though less visual quality).
Project Sage (by Paperwork)? The mc is somewhere halfway, where will she end? Really love that game!!
Elena's Life (by Nickfifa)? Great and fun story and i love Elena who now, nearing the end of the game, also is a true slut. Very nice game (despite dumb RPGM and the far from great graphic quality).
I suggest Deepsleep, Evakiss, Paperwork and Nickfifa combine their skills to bring us the ultimate FP game

With 1.7 I think the dev took lot of time but gave small update. Which I previously said before the release if he is going to guality/quanitiy for the amount of time taken to release the update.
Again I did not like the Alfred path, it doesn't look good when there is a another girl in between the two. Why did you need Patricia? She does not even need between Alfred and Anna.
And it is always Alfred trying to convince Anna and not Anna falling for him just like that. I really had liked the very first scene with Alfred, after that none of the scenes which came out were any good in terms of story. The Dilan part was good.
But I think dev heavily lacks to build up spice before the scene.

You have a point there... did you check out Project Sage? Or, talking about building up spice, Estate Dominate (MP though)?
Elena is pretty much Anna in another 6 months or so where true slut achievement is reached. Both games shine if one fancies just sex porn result. Both games can go up another level if there are more routes to play rather than just true slut route as it offers more variety and more importantly replay-ability which is where GGGB and Project Sage shines.
I have replayed these two games dozen of times x 10 just to see if there are other routes I may have missed while still not getting too bored whereas Elena and Anna unfortunately with the linear route is often played once, save once and that's it for the next 2-3 months wait.
Of course it is always easier to critique as opposed to developing an actual game.

I wish The Humbling Experience wasn't abandoned, it has probably the best female protagonist.
