It looks to me like he's releasing a new version, but calling it 1.8. That's a big no-no. When you release a new version you should always bump the version number, otherwise people will say things like "I'm playing 1.8 and have this bug", but others will say "no, that's fixed in 1.8". When there are 2 1.8s, confusion reigns.

At my job someone accidentally released something that wasn't supposed to be released as an x.1. Our planned x.1 release just became x.2 because of that.

Talk to David outside the bar first

After Party you need to go to the photographer.

Depends, the party and Dilan's scene can be done in either order. If the game says go to bar then that scene was already done.

There's really no point in making saves, each new version, if old saves won't work for the new version, and they give you a new save with THEIR playthrough on it.
