I really don't know why you guys have this problem. I played the original version from the beginning and as mentioned on OP only Carl-path was working. There were no problems to trigger Sergey's message nor anything else during my fresh new game nor with Deep's provided saves in-game (see save page 5 in-game).can anyone help i am still stuck on that sergey message bug
So, basically, wait for bugfix. I like having multiple saves, each with multiple paths. I also like old saves to work with each new update. And, it's ok if every now and then the old saves don't work and we need to start over, but that's happened the majority of updates for me. I MIGHT try again at a bugfix, but depending on my mood at that time, I may just decide to wait til the game is completed, THEN I won't have as big of an issue with starting over and just playing fresh from the beginning, and creating multiple saves for multiple paths, like I like to do.I really don't know why you guys have this problem. 1. Delete your old save (including your saves stored in AppData).
2a. Start a new game and choose Carl-path (because of the bug) or wait for the bugfix.
2b. Load provided save by Deep from save page 5 in-game.
3. 40 corruption points are only available on Jeremy-alive path.
That's pretty normal for a game being a WIP specially early in development. Because then not all features are implanted and last minute changes are made.I also like old saves to work with each new update. Basically your whole persistent save file is bugged and the game can't find the right variables anymore.My game won't even start this new update. It doesn't mater where I go or what I click on, I get a "can't do that right now" type message, and nothing else happens. I can't trigger anything.
The RPGM version had way less variables compare to Chapter 2's Ren'Py version. In RPGM you were asked if you want to see the scene yes or no and nothing else.At least in RPGM you can usually make the MC go to sleep and restart the day to trigger new events. lol

When the bugfix or next update comes out, I'll probably try using the new persistent file with my old saves. Possible that old saves won't work until we reach v0.10, after more content and variable are available for all three major paths (Carl, Taxman, Earl).

This game was Ren'py before (Unofficial Remake) and there was no problem. The problem is the sandbox shit..This game became shit since they started using Ren'py, loads of problems..

Neither the sandbox style gameplay nor Ren'py is the issue. There are loads of quality games on this site that are both Ren'py AND sandbox.
