What is the difference between old version and visual novel? Aren't the both of them made in Ren'Py? And.. You know.. Ren'Py games are, well.. Visual Novel..?

The difference is that the new version (aka visual novel version) so have them removed the the map so you don't need to "click" on everything while the old one you have to navigate on the map.

The "only" downside that I know of is that you don't get the collectibles you did in the "old" version. (Since you don't navigate the map)
