I'm fairly certain the dev of Small Town has three different games under three different identities (Small Town, Society, and I think Project Reeducation?). Wouldn't entirely surprise me if this was the fourth.

I've never heard of Small Town but I've played Society and Project Reeducation and they both suck in such a way that I can't verbalise feedback.

The images don't seem to show up in the game, all it shows are boxes with the little symbol for missing images in the top right of the box.
Windows defender is really prone to false positives, especially with this particular threat. If you want to be sure, it's better to check it with a proper AV; but I'm certain the files are fine
