If there's no ero I don't think it's an issue but we also don't often make exceptions for SFW games and even those, though usually reasonable or adjacent, still have a lot of debate.
If you mean the x.5 bonus levels, you need to collect all golden cards from the respective x.0 level. AfaIk, there's no stage 6 and onwards.
I used the cheat for golden ID cards so I'd assume it'd give me those bonus levels.
1-3 are the OG levels, while those locked below them are extra levels to their respective scenarios (1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 respectively). Game got an update that added both stage 4 & 5, extra content past the OG ending (in other words, an epilogue).

I may just be showing my lack of understanding as to what gets a thread but, is there any particular reason Bus Stop Yamimori and Dungeon Sanctuary don't have their own threads? They seem further along into development than any number of 0.0.0.01 games uploaded, so I'm guessing it isn't to do with the state they're in.
Basically they got added to this thread as discussion of the thread-starting game wound down (what with it being an older finished product) and no one has bothered to start individual threads for these other games as far as I know.
Well I don't see that anyone has made game requests for these yet, so that may be a reason. They may not qualify due to lack of translation or something; I don't know much about them.
