Yes but it doesn't work it still sytax error with blue screen and if i press open in locate emulator nothing happen

Check the folder path (it must contain only Latin (/kanji) characters) + add a Japanese keyboard layout and enable the beta option "Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" in the region settings.
