I think you may be describing a game that has not been created yet, lol. I can't think of a single nightclub management game.
Huniecam studio is mostly no-sex where u manage webcam girls, and fapceo is more nudity and sex of the same thing, but a nightclub?
The only game about nightclubs I can even think of is "party hard" lol. Maybe House party but not a lot of managing there.
I don't even know what a nightclub manager game would look like. Do you pick DJs every night? Make sure alcohol is stocked and rake in free cash? Unsure.

Last Man by VortexCannon has a very small part of nightclub ownership, doubt you can even call it management. Probably closest I've seen a game come to your description. Sounds like a hole in the market to me, but since nightclubs are usually not very sexual (for a porn game), perhaps we're waiting for an angel to create a nightlife simulator? Where you've got nightclubs, brothels, a Faze house but for camming where you balance sampling the goods with the management aspect? Hell, I see your game developer tag gremlin_shaman so I'm hoping this is a prelude to you announcing a new game?

Yeah, Venuss Club is probably the closest I can think of.
Last Call is about running a bar, but it's a VN with no management. And the MC in Reluctant Archon owns a club, but also a VN. Very good games though, check them out

The management game "Java Sim Brothel" has various skills (which allow you to circumvent having to create an actual brothel).
Rather than start as a low-income whore, the best starting strategy was to keep training maids. I've played this for a while with maid/alchemist/nurse/barkeeper heroines ... unfortunately there's almost no content for fighter chars, the game dungeons never got finished.

I'd offer to upload my heavily modded game folder: I deleted most of the hentai, converted a dozen or so real-porn girl packs made for other games, added many images from Girl Life, and added a female-pov real porn char as a main character. I gave up for now, because the zip size is over 8 gig :-/
