I'll try, but a translation wasn't the main focus of my post, rather to share some more of the rather sparse content we have.

I realized that too when I was perusing the yuri board on 4chan. Lesbian porn is often made for men's arousal but stepping into the 2d world changes things drastically, making it all about feelings and blah blah. Yeah I figured there really wasn't anything there at all to get exited about so I never bothered to download it. I remember someone say that the dev plans on adding more NTR scenes later on but I'm pretty sure those will be vanilla.

Definitely looks to be correct. Perhaps some lesbian NTR early on but given Appetite's standard of pretty quick VNs, probably rapidly develops into "feel the wrath of my penis" and "oh no brother, you're so good at sex, I was wrong to doubt penis". Wouldn't hold out too much hope for the game if that's not something you'd like.

This is a highly customisable text based game. I haven't successfully done it yet but Lesbian NTR is possible according to the dev notes.

What I have achieved so far with my created Female MC is:

1. I have managed to have sex with the rival characters.
2. Had sex with a female NPC who is in a relationship with another female NPC. So lesbian NTR but NTRing another lesbian not man.

What I am trying and haven't successfully done yet is to have sex with a female NPC who is in a relationship with a male. In theory it should be possible as when you generate the world you have the option to make all NPCs bi which I did just so I could try and cuck the boyfriend with my female MC. It did get another update recently so I will try again and ask the thread if its possible.

Be warned there are no images at all. Its just text but a very solid College/Uni sim with lots of custom options.

I can think of 3 off the top of my head 2 can be downloaded here. However Lesbian NTR is rarer than vore and beastiality as nobody seems to like it. Especially when the NTR involves a male/female couple. There is also futa NTR but you didn't ask for that so let me know if that interests you.

4th: Jessica O'Neil's hard News (JOHN): Again not what you asked for but Lesbian NTR is rare. This is where you the female MC can cheat on your husband with another married woman. Also possibly with other females as another female character has a major crush on you. No anatagonist and the married woman seems to have no intentions of leaving her own male partner for you so this at the current state of the game is the weakest of the 4 and I wasn't sure whether to include it. It is the 4th image with the red head and the blonde. (Renpy game by Stoper). Female that steals is not antagonist.

There is also X-Change 2 R and To our futature but they are NTR by a futa not a woman.
