I decided to delete a previous post as I felt I was pushing it far too much and after discussing it further with fans I don't think it qualified as lesbian NTR nor would it in the future however I do have what I think is a suitable replacement and this could be a good one you don't have to see sex scenes with any Male if you choose not to while still NTRing them.

The plot revolves around a fem protagonist where you choose what can happen to her. It has a horror theme. One path involve a beautiful woman that will slowly seduce our protagonist with her fantastic body and make her succumb despite being in a relationship. Nice lesbian corruption path.

An upcoming game to keep a lookout for.
This developer has made two separate NTR games that have been posted to F95 that contain minor lesbian NTR routes. They must've gotten a lot of encouragement from fans to focus on Lesbian NTR so they're basing a whole game around a schoolgirl getting NTR'd by a girl delinquent.
Can't wait to see what comes next.

For a bit more in-depth review, there are two major routes that involve the bisexual woman getting involved with the MC's mom.
The route split occurs when Kanon, the bi woman, is visiting the MC's house one night and decides to stay over. She requests a hair-dryer from him as she gets ready for bed, but discreetly loosens her bathrobe to tempt the MC. We are presented with two choices when confronted:
1. MC admits looking at her breasts
2. MC denies doing such a thing
Choosing the first choice begins the threesome route where Kanon develops feelings for MC while still desiring his mother. After an incident, Kanon blackmails MC's mom into having sex with her, eventually bringing MC into the fold. All three fall into depravity.
Choosing the second choice leads to two separate NTR sub-routes, but they're more or less the same. After pressuring MC into foreplay, Kanon leaves MC her phone number so that they can call and rendezvous later for more sex. The next day, we are presented with another set of choices.
1. Call Kanon.
2. Don't call Kanon.
If you chose to call Kanon, it starts the femdom route, where she dominates the MC for a while before discarding him via falsified drug charges that lands him in prison. During this time, Kanon moves into MC's home and takes MC's mom as her lover under the guise of "comforting" her.
The second choice ends pretty much the same way sans the femdom scenes.
Overall, it was a decent read. Kanon is a scary woman to mess with. However, I do wish the lesbian NTR route had more scenes in it, because the threesome route is where most of the lesbian sex scenes are. How Kanon ends up in MC's mom's pants is very swiftly brushed over (which if you're into the corruption aspect of Lesbian NTR might be a letdown).
Still, for a rare genre like this, Kinshin Souai was a great find. Thank you for suggesting it.

Also, this is another game that MIGHT qualify.
It's pixel horror masterpiece that is reminiscent of Sweet Home and old-school NES games. However, the reason it became well-renowned was the game allowing players to play matchmaker with its cast, whether it be straight, gay, or lesbian.
Homura, the main character, takes several of his friends to an old abandoned mansion to meet up with his father, an archaeologist, who is conducting research there. However, shit quickly hits the fan and Homura, his friends, and two people from his father's crew must find a way to escape.
Out of the pool of five characters (three girls, two guys), you choose two to join you as you explore for a way out of the mansion. For the Lesbian NTR to play out, we have to pick two girls (preferably Mia, Homura's childhood friend who has a not-so-subtle crush on him).
As you explore the mansion, you will come across safe rooms with beds. These beds heal the party but also let party members grow closer together. In order for the Lesbian NTR to happen, you must make Mia and another girl (Yachika or Rikana) rest together, bringing them closer. Do this enough times, and Homura will stumble upon them having sex with each other.
There's also other flavor text where these two girls will now affectionately talk to one another instead of with Homura, and the paired up girls also get an ending together (where they have sex again).
It's pretty light on the NTR-ing, but considering that the girls steal Mia away from Homura, despite being aware of her feelings for him, I think it qualifies.
Also, the game is pretty fun in it's own right and has a ton of content. However ,it is play-intensive, which might not be everyone's cup of tea.

You beat me to it and this is my feelings on the game also to anyone interested in trying it I couldn't get the game to work without changing to Japanese Locale.
As for the scenes in the lesbian NTR route there was a problem I found with the actual CG the way the characters are staring at the screen makes it look like there is someone in the room however in the dialogue there was nothing to imply anyone was there. You will see what I mean from this one CG shown here
I have a feeling that the CG used was designed with a different route like a route in mind, where the MC is in the room being cucked. It could also explain why this felt very rushed as maybe they ran out of time but this game is great overall. Also the VAs for the 2 females are veteran female VAs who have been doing erotic VA for years and 2 of my personal favs in the industry so this was a great find.

I come with a game that MIGHT once again qualify our needs.
For the most part, this game is your typical NTR fare: a well-to-do husband with a loving family has everyone he cares about systematically taken away from him.
Our main subject of focus is the MC's sister, Marina. She has complicated feelings for the MC, despite being siblings. When they were younger, they had each others' "firsts" and Marina stews on her unrequited feelings, not dating or getting romantically involved with anyone...
That is, until the wife of an old "friend" gets involved, Nozomi. Sensing an opportunity, Nozomi takes the sister to a host club and kisses her, giving the sister two options. Marina can go dance with a host if she didn't like the kiss or she can have lesbian sex. Needless to say, Marina awakens to a side of her she didn't know she possessed.
Other than that though, there really isn't much else. There is a groping scene between Nozomi and MC's wife, but it doesn't lead to anything significant between the two.

The Lesbian NTR path is a bit convoluted and short but revolves around one of Sayaka's students who is obsessed with her. This student, Akari, wants Sayaka for herself and get in between MC and Sayaka by seducing the MC while disguised to make him unloyal to his fiance.
After MC gets seduced enough times, Akari launches her final attack by leaving a bunch of her stuff at MC's apartment on the same night Sayaka is going to visit. Sayaka then begins to suspect MC cheating and eventually catches him in the act, breaking down. Akari then comforts Sayaka in her low state with sex to make Sayaka forget about her boyfriend.

Looking like a late April 2025 release, depending on the developer's health. Their recent Ci-en post outlined some major health issues they've been experiencing, and how that has been negatively affecting development and work.
Currently, the game has two heroines that will NTR the MC's girl, but the developer said he will add more girls if enough interest is generated around this game. A demo of the game should be going up a week or so before the game is launched.
Also, the girls doing the NTR-ing are futanaris, if that's a deal breaker for some.
