Has anyone done a translation request or guide for this? I don't like to play RPG maker games raw without translations.

I don't believe anyone has. I tried textractor on this, and it comes up pretty rough because the in-game text doesn't put a colon after a speaking character's name, which fudges up the translation's parsing.

Boring Days has a scene of Lesbian NTR where the male MC dreams his wife gets stolen by his female intern, there is also a scene where a Female Waitress Flirts with MC's wife in front of him.
There are also scenes where female acquaintances of the MC engage in lesbian acts while he watches. (Game is largely about MC being submissive to pretty much every woman he interacts with).

Found potential in this NTR game:
Premise is a single mother and her son trying to get by and the mom falling into depravity. While there's a focus on male-female NTR, recent updates seem to have added a lesbian route as well.
The developer is a one-man show too.
Haven't had a chance to play yet, but I will try to give updates/feedback in this thread after I do so.

Her boyfriend is a soft, reserved man who seems oblivious to what the manager is about to put her through. While the game seems to definitely have a male-on-female focus, there is an inclusion of a female veteran idol who will be "training" the rookie in all sorts of ways. The dynamic will be interesting because our heroine looks up to the veteran as her own personal idol.

Question, when you guys read "lesbian ntr" you think first of Lesbian couple getting ntr'ed or a couple with a female in it gets ntr'ed by another women?

I vastly prefer the latter scenario. There's something so uniquely provocative of a loved one getting corrupted that it overwrites their sexuality/orientation.
I think the first scenario is typically referred to as Yuri NTR (I could be wrong though) and it is even more rare from my findings.

Now that the game is out I will point out from information I gathered from posts on the game page that this game sadly only has one lesbian scene.

What's even worse is that if the posts are to be believed she only has one scene with the male protagonist.

In chapter 3 there's a route with full-on lesbian ntr between the demon and the mc's step-mom. Sadly, it pivots to include the mc halfway, but there's still some meat to be found!
Note: Getting the content is kinda confusing, you need to say no when the game first asks whether you want ntr content - this blocks the lesbian ntr. Later on you get a choice to enable specifically lesbian ntr, and then you're golden.

Sarah seduces the Female MC while the female MC can choose to seduce Layla after becoming more attracted to women by Sarah. However trying to go pure lesbian seems impossible and it appears to have less content than the other routes. Basically because of how the story works the Fem MC needs to get pregnant so they do need to have sex with their husband at one point.
