There's a Japanese game out there that might be translated by now. I think it's called "Dog Idol Fuck." It's a VN, if I remember right, so there might be some story floating around there. There's another one that probably isn't translated... and I don't remember the name. Something about a tinder-like app for folks who want to have sex with dogs. Haven't played either, so I can't really say much about them.
Noxian Nights and that other LoL parody (developer's name's Janus, I think? Can't remember the name of the game) both have bestiality scenes, although the latter's not finished, and they're kinda limited in the former.
No story, really, in any of the suggestions below, at least insofar as the sex content goes.
Strive for Power has interactive text-based bestiality, although you can only get I think up to two horsecocks into one hole at a time. MAYBE three, but I forget.
EraToHoK has the text-based interactive sex system that inspired Strive's, and it's a little more interactive. Still just text, though, and it's not 100% translated. A few of the other era games have it as well (eraMegaten has demons, like a pegasus or cerberus, rather than actual animals)
Free Cities's latest pregmod versions are starting to implement bestiality, although it's pretty limited.
Violated Heroine has some dog scenes. The development of that one is pretty scatterbrained, though.
