Claire's Quest has a few sections where you are imprisoned for one reason or another, including right out of the prologue on certain routes.

2. whipping torture club (not prison but almost like a prison)

4. unholy torturer (became prisoner of demon)

One of the paths involves the MC getting thrown into prison.

Also, shout out to all the FightClub fans. The prison route in that game was something special. Shame the game's dead.

I tried with this game, I remembered I tried it way back, but I couldn't remember why I didn't play it more, and after playing it today, it really just made me mad, think it's from how it's like a race thing. Just boiled my blood, think it's because it reminds me of real things too much.
