The main example on my mind right now is The Hunter by the dude that made vitamin plus. The Hunter had a fun combat system. I think I have probably played another sex combat game or 2 but don't remember.
There is also those wrestling games like heroine rumble. but I'm not looking for those. Same with Tales of androgyny. The combat was kind of all over the place without much images so I didn't like it.
It would be awesome if the combat was fully animated and stuff though I guess that's asking for a bit much.
