It might help if you're a bit more specific about what you're looking for.. rpgm? milf focused? stairway to heaven(stages of sex)? etc etc
im open to try any genre or any topic of game but something with rpg style point and click to move mechanics.

From memory lust epidemic uses the rpgm engine and there are literally hundreds of games that use the same engine and have the same style of click to move mechanics. This leaves the category extremely broad but I recommend:

Has heavy NTR content(one unavoidable scene at the start) but an amazing story that drags you in.
Anna's Exciting Affliction
I remember selectivepaperclip was porting this to ren'py but I'm unsure whether he has completed it yet. Good if you like the corruption genre.
The Coceter Chronicles
This one is technically abandoned but has quite a bit of content and a great story with indepth lore.

Any completed games with a similar story and decent screens/animations?
any other ones you recommend? i like annas exciting affliction and treasure of nadia. both have great scenes with sound

I double checked and there is music, sound effects for the game in general and sound effects for scenes. It's a seriously great game.

There is a game called red room that has the best looking renders, game concept and user interface I've seen out of any game but it's in extremely early days. Might be worth coming back to in a year or 6 months to see how it is going. I should warn it has a heap of Futa/futanari content if that's not your cup of tea.
