Naked Story (great mechanics; scenes not that good) or Okaken no Hihou Kyoufu no NTR Sugoroku (great game until game+).

Wow! They certainly call my attention, but Japanese is a great barrier. If they were translated on dlsite I would probably buy them.
I've already tried to play games completely in Japanese on kimochi site, but it has been difficult to enjoy them at all.

It is! Scarce type of games, at least translated in English.

Hmmm, good question. I don't know. I like chance and randomness, how a dice can get you involved in a good or bad situation sexually or sentimentally. Usually lewd games feels a little too predictable to me, and tabletops are like a breath of fresh air, something out of my control. For what I have seen, there's plenty of this genre on DLsite, but in Japanese. Maybe with more attention from translators we can get to play more of these games.
