Seeking Any underrated/hidden gem 3D games?

There are a good amount of 3D games on the site. VAM for example is among the best. But I was curious if any of you have taken the plunge into the lesser known 3D games and found any of them surprisingly good?

Not sure if these are "hidden" gems--maybe they can be considered hidden these days, but i really enjoyed the SKUNK series from 3d-lotus.
