a simple test video
setup

daz3d
2 spotlight: 1 with rytraced shadows key light, the other fill light
adjust on filament draw options
anim 31 frame, 3 key for the body, add ik to l and r hands and r foot
hair and dress dforce
render image sequence 0 -29 (jpg)

gimp
import images like layers in gimp
noise reductions on the hair zone
create a morph images firt last layer to minimize dforce difference for the loop
export layers plugin jpg

avidemux
load image 001 (open all the sequence)
video ff huffuv
filter chamge fps to 30 to 30
save as avi

concat and compress libx264

i made 4 sequences 1.avi 2.avi .... then

ffmpeg
concat and compress libx264 to the final video

all made whit free programs.

in this scene i used:

0.jpg 1.jpg
2.jpg 3.jpg
luminous 300000

4.jpg

no changes in the room materials,

some adjustament at the material of the character dress and hairs, careful with trasparency and gloosy layer weight (very low values).

night light
_night.jpg

in filament draw options enviroment intensity = 0
then add a blue spotlight
blue.jpg

distant light i use only in open scenes, point lights i dont use, many problems whit that.

sure iray is better, but it's a lost of time and money. My gtx 1650 render frames in filament in 1 - 3 sec.
Sure if u are billionair u can buy 2 or 3 gtx 3090, but im not.
so i think iray is for billionairs of fanatics lol.
And seriuosly, who cares of a single image in 2021?
Iray for me is dead. Hope in great developents of filament develop.

Pepole use Iray because it's a solid engine and Uber shader is rather robust and polyvalent.
Everything filament implementation lack sadly. It's not even half cooked, it's basically raw.
Honestly I admire people who try to get something out of it, but if ~RT really the direction you want to take why not considering Eevee, Toolbag, iClone and so on? Because if you wait for Daz ...

xrated w audio

dforce its a pain on the ass, until someone implement a loop switch so the first and last frames simulated are the same.

I see you use a lot of pointlights. Do you notice any effect?
What kind of material are using?
Filament is a google product and I find this on github

not pointlights, only spotlights.
Material are the defaults, some adjustement for the trasparency and reflective mats.
Light balance in filament and tonemapping opts, see the 1.jpg in the 3 post.
Pointlights produces bad shadows (shadows appears disappears changing the camera position), distant generate shadows only in open space. So spotlight and ray lenght tune, is a better choise for me.
Any effects, same time render 2 or 9 spot.
Yes filament is opensources, Daz as an integrated plugin for render from release 14.
