Something a lot of devs need to hear:

Progress through repeating scenes is cancer, I don't judge a game based on time to complete, rather I base it on my enjoyment during said time. Add something new to each interaction, otherwise it's just unnecessary padding. The same goes for "regular" grind such as "work" and "lecture", at least provide some small carrot each time.
