There are directions from the dev on a post like on page 55 that has the android port. I have had it before, but I got a new phone. Not sure if its compatible or what.

Apparently the game has been abandoned. Of the similar ones, only Stallion https://f95zone.to/threads/the-stallion-v0-13-horny-saint.127604/ comes to mind.
