There must be a step missing .. I'm still on Riley 3/20 ... handed her the note, saw her at the bar. She still only says "Do you need something" in her classroom and "I'm drunk, going home" at the bar. She appears nowhere else in the game ... I've spoken to her in both places for a full month, every single time. What am I missing? Completed Chase all the way, she's the only one left incomplete.

To get the invitation you need to raise Rileys love high enough and then visit her while she in work in the afternoon then she will tell you to visit the black flag on friday evening
