For real, though, giving people agency in a Mystery novel is a must IMO. And being able to save(at least one person) will add to the tension and anxiety in a blind playthroughs.

Also I hope there’s a crash-out ending if/when MC finds out what the ‘fat bastards’ did. But, given his personality that is an obvious outcome.

I only just started and I just wanted to note something. I'm someone who enjoys more to paying attention to a story, next is game play, after that is content. If the story is bad I tend to not make a big deal about it so long as either the game play or content is passable.

I have to point out something, I do find the story interesting, but the opening felt too rushed just to explain away the reason why Sasaki got sent to another school. I appreciate the introduction being sped up so that you can get to the plot of the story and I understand that what I'm about to say would make the game take a little too long to actually get started, but what I'm saying is that I hope in the future a prologue can be added that basically at least attempts to introduce the gym teacher, the female student, and what Sasaki's relation is when tied together -- basically it made no sense for him to just stumble upon his gym teacher getting all handsy with a fellow female student and then decide immediately that he's gonna run up and punch him in the gut -- it's like a 0 to 100 sort of thing and this implies that he would've had to seen this behavior before and always wanted to do something about it so it would at least make sense as some form of revenge or retaliation. How Sasaki wound up being the one expelled and nothing happening at all to the gym teacher would be something difficult to do especially for Japan of all places, the gym teacher would be cited and also arrested whether he had connections or not. Obviously police reports would be filed and statements from all involved would be made. The police MUST investigate or the opening makes no sense. The connections wouldn't be able to do anything to help him stay out of trouble without a plot twist -- such as the female student covering for the gym teacher.

But anyways I'll get back to my play through, have a nice day Dev and everyone else.

Well I think those things can be explored in future too. Who knows we might get that gym teacher again. To be honest this the scene you explain will make it too long. I think main aim of the prologue is the introduction of the characters which he did perfectly. His past may be explored in future updates but I don't think it needed to be in the prologue.

Probably using Stable Diffusion and then I assume the dev creates the renders with multiple LORA's (Styles). I would really like to know where i could find this LORA because i really like the art style but i can understand that the dev won't give up his secret sauce for free
