So I am about to clean Jessica, and I found the sponge, the soap, and the bucket in her bedroom. However, when I am about to take the broom looking thing it says my inventory is full and I need 4 things to clean her? There is nothing else in the cellar, and I can't really find anything else? What am I missing?

Wish I could answer you, but it's been over a yr since I've played this.
So I honestly cannot recall.
Will play again when or more likely "if" we ever do get another update sometime this century.

Depends on your definition. You can behave like a dick, but the world reacts accordingly. If you assault the main LI early on (that's pretty 'evil'), it will have deadly and permanent (game over) consequenses. But you can manipulate her to be submissive later.
Without spoiling the whole story (until now): Rapey muder-hobo - nono. Morally questionable manipulation - yesyes.
But the game is still in development and the setting is a world where almost everyone is ded, so a lot of possibilities in the future.

Does the URM crash the game for anyone else? I know dude said it should work for all versions, but it seems to crash it for me.
Looks like deleting the URM fixes it; guess I can just be lazy and use console commands.

I'm not sure how this software could still be operational considering the significant changes the game has undergone since this cheat was released several years ago. Regardless of the chapter, almost all the variables have changed, and nearly every scene or its mechanics have been revamped. So, it doesn't surprise me that it crashes. Frankly, I'm even amazed your PC hasn't burst into flames!
