The game starts with MC living with his two sisters in a bunker. He needs to look for food or something and when he does he finds life does exist they are some zombie like beings. One looks like a zombie Harley Quinn who's friendly he then meets others including a zombie guy wearing a firefighters uniform who helps the MC.
