if i were you , i would only do webp, it take less weight compare to a gif and generaly the quality is better ( that's what i do for my mods)

from the basic game , they are random but you have the possibility to assign them a model from mods preinstall or that you downloaded
It's not up to him to update the post but the staff at F95. He would have to have thread ownership to update it and he doesn't have that.

You have repeatable quest, where you give 2 slaves and in return get fuel. Need to complete that twice to continue

must mean that you need to bring him 2 slave a first time, then , do it again a second time and come to negan office the third times
