Currently the 'generic' sex scenes use all the same code with mc.
When you choose 'cum in pussy', it calls this code, as you can see breeder 49+ years old can't get pregnant, that is probably your problem.
Note that I'll probably change this code soon, I was planning on working on it but got caught up in other stuff.
The goal is to have the cutoff at 60, but with different % by age group and give bonuses with 'fertility' perk for mc and 'breeder' trait for the girl.

Just checked my breeders' stock, and 1 out of 4 are 45+yo. I have had inside cummings with two of them. I don't recall their names. Slept since then.

I just want to say that the game is truly amazing and that the hard work can be seen with every update. Thank you for making such a porno yet intriguing story and events that have a lot of realism in them.
I have a suggetion that if you explore with a male companion and you encounter a woman, you should be able to spitroast, double penetration, double oral her.
I saw someone say something about male and female guests having intercourse and it would be amazing if you could scold them to raise submission or join them. Maybe even having an event about the male guest(with low submission) forcing himself on a woman guest and having you(the MC) knock some sense into the guy.
