When you have the game open on your browser, use F12 on the keyboard, it opens up a console on the side, there should be a "console" section you'll need to activate and there you can type it, it opens up a list that you need to click in order to expand it.
After you make changes in it, you'll need to click on something inside the game for the changes to take hold.

Until it's more clear/easier to do modding I doubt it since finding the gifs/image is probably not the tricky part compared to doing the code bit. If someone figures it out and could make a video tutorial then that would probably help. If ttyrke (Dev) did it then that would be the best senario.

You have to in any case).

1) Slaver market - quickest access, just sell and finish
2) Dom quest line - You have to make deal with him to continue Dom line
3) You have to attack Sanctuary with Vincent to continue Vincent/Blair questline

Probably still does, I dunno as I don't bother with that questline cause I can't stand that asshole Negan......but if I was given the option to kill him for what he did then maybe I'd do the questline again.
