Until it's more clear/easier to do modding I doubt it since finding the gifs/image is probably not the tricky part compared to doing the code bit. If someone figures it out and could make a video tutorial then that would probably help. If ttyrke (Dev) did it then that would be the best senario.
You can also get access if you sell enough slaves on the Slave Market. That way you won't have to deal with that asshole Negan.

1) Slaver market - quickest access, just sell and finish
2) Dom quest line - You have to make deal with him to continue Dom line
3) You have to attack Sanctuary with Vincent to continue Vincent/Blair questline
Huh, didn't know that. What would happen if I already gained access to The Sanctuary when I do the Victor questline? Does Negan still kill my companions?

Probably still does, I dunno as I don't bother with that questline cause I can't stand that asshole Negan......but if I was given the option to kill him for what he did then maybe I'd do the questline again.
There is a bug where after sex with a girl that has relationship above 100 it goes back to 100.
