Ok that's easy if i recall it's day 100 or 80 go see vincent he gives you ring, marry blair then after that if you have more rings (need some?got like 50) you can marry them all.
you can get a wedding ring when you search and find a kid, give him food and help look for famil you get ring there and also you can take them home, but get a few rings first.

Well i imagine is to force 2 to bang each other, if i let they lose they might try bang one of my girls and there we have a problem, but i don't have that issue no guys in my fort and my Yakuza girls guarding the fort.
