You need to visit streets where your slaves are. If still that doesn't trigger, add your save file.
UAT results here:
- Quest with Vincent is repeatable (after being done?!)
- at Dom's house, after the champagne party and his wife, there's no button available, leaving no way to continue.
Further question & sugestion:
- what is the point of assigning someone to the kitchen. It seems that character doesn't do anything, or maybe I am missing something.
- maybe after using a slave in a specific way that slave should get a trait? making a better slave due to XP somehow. Would eb nice to be able to get several traits for a single slave, increasing their value & utility.

Look like you were using 0.17 version there, or saved in the worst possible moment.

Check your version. 1/2 bugs are fixed in 0.18a patch already.
As for traits - yes. Plan is to give them when they do something for specific amount of time, or for example: oral skill 100 = gets deepthoat trait

Take into account the travel time. If you have a horse, the travel time will be reduced by x2.
Later when will add vehicle, could reduce that time even more BUT need to think right approach how MC could choose by what to travel, as vehicle will consume fuel.

Ah, my bad. Also player reputation need to be 150... (Basically go to bar and buy drinks for everyone there).
I randomly put 150 based on other player save file (he had above that). Might be that avg is lower to everyone else.
To set it to 150 you can open console and write:

When was game saved? When you were already talking with girl in greenhouse? If so, it's too late. Problem was that when you click on girl there, game didn't trigger that slave/guest was new "open" girl and it just overwrite Blair. Will double test that, but looked at code and it looks fine there.
After getting a companion killed on the Vincent quest, the companion list right above your energy bar bugged out.

All events, except those in journal are random.
For some, you need companions (I think). For others there's additional option if you have int high enough. In others, if you have companion you get additional choices, etc.
For example if you go after horse, there's a chance you pay him money, or if you have enough companions with you, you can trade them for horse, etc.
Sorry, I didn't save it. I reverted to the autosave and continued.
