I have done Rodger and eve quests the settlement is gone so why is it asking for me to do it again is this a bug or something??

Which version of the game you playing right now?
Is this save from older version? maybe before 0.62?
I think this was fixed in some version. 0.62a or 0.62b version if i'am not wrong.

ttyrke The option to marry Npc's don't appear to me. Do I need to do something first? Also, can I marry Male NPC's?

You need Youth district, you also need girl guest with teacher skill and meterials to build. You need to enter in Youth district from main settlement map at sunny day from noon(12:00) up to 16:00 and you need to get 2 events, first is event with kids learning, second event go right after first one and girl with teacher skill will talk to you about building school, after this go to your room settlemt management and build school from there. after you build school go there(Youth District - School) and you will see event with this teacher girl.

Just save your game at 12:00 at sunny day, and try until you get both events.

The first event just keep repeating for me and the second event never got triggered. I still don't have the option to build the school. What am I doing wrong?

Add your save file. That might be because you have set your own limits of guests/slaves and they are too many?
Anyway, save could help to investigate more and make some improvements.

... nope .. just started a new game ... i only have 2 slaves at the moment ...
... maybe i remember it wrong ... last time i played was ... dunno ... long time ago ...

Hey, ttyrke I think it's an interesting game. The only thing I'm missing a bit, and hope will be added later, is perhaps an ethnicity selection for the MC (which would affect the percentage of potential offspring) and more stats to make it feel a bit more like an RPG (unfortunately, I'm a CRPG player; it's my main grind), and these stats also have some effect on NPCs and the world. Nevertheless, it's a nice framework for a game, and I'm looking forward to updates. Best regards ;-)

Hi i haven't played this in a while since 0.28 and I'm following the smoke mod instruction but i cant find the exact line mentioned. Am i missing something?

If you mean girls pack from OP it is maybe not best option
As the date of post edit is A year already.
Open game, click packs there, there will be names of packs and links for download for them.
download somewhere, unpack them with archivator, and make structure of Folders will be right

copy all packs with right structure to game folder, packs folder.
If you want to start new game, launch game, if new game, open packs menu in game and click and turn on all needed packs, start new game.
If you already have saves, load save, open packs menu in game and click and turn on all needed packs, close pack menu, play.

I think there is no easy solution to this, as second event should be even more rare that first one.
The best solution just save at 12:00 at sunny day, and try go in Youth district and going out until you trigger both events.
If you can't try trigger both of them(for long time) and you think it maybe problem with your save try to contact with Developer on his discord server, it is in game Support tab in game menu. there are bug report chat, or questions chat.
Also add your save to your post there.

It's odd to say the least. The first event got triggered but then the second one doesn't. The next day, the first event got triggered again, but still no second event. This happen multiple times already.
