Gay dream images would be a great change to be honest, although I don't imagine this is gonna be a priority since the vast majority of players are straight.
But for me the biggest and most welcome change to make the game more gay-friendly would be to change the Doctor's storyline a bit so it doesn' t automatically begin after 200 days have passed. At the moment I keep starting playthroughs and then stopping when I reach 200 days because that's when you start being bombarded with unavoidable straight sex with the doctor.

I've not reached that point yet.

One thing I do run into is that I keep forgetting which pregnant women wants what for their pregnancy (Complete/Terminate).Would it be possible to add a marker somewhere, or have some chat option to remind me?
Unless it doesn't matter either way cause they don't remember either.

Doesn't matter really. It only matters in that moment when she tells you. If you decide opposite, her relationship/happiness decreases.

What is this mod?:

this mod was created with the "Riley reid" mod as a base of inspiration, but with some modification: visual mainly, to be "more" fun an attractive

Technical change in this mod:

- modification of the "Cum" videos color ( for separete the action videos from the "Cum" video
-since squirt is in a way, a Model having an orgasm, i modified the "Squirt videos color"
-bare in mind that since the videos in this mod depend on the availability of "gif" and "webp" file of the actress online, some action video are not video of the actress but overall the majority are
-added portrait of the porn actresses listed, for the game

How to Install it :
just need to download the file decompress it and follow the Instruction.txt file inside the mod ( Be aware that the pack.js inside this mod , start from the principe that you don't have any other mod like the riley reid's one, if you have the riley reid mod, just mix both pack.js files (like shown in the "exemple of mixed pack.txt")

How to use it?
Just unzip it and drop the content (images and js folders) in the game folder, overwriting existing files.

What is it for?
The game contains generic sex scenes with usually 2-4 gifs per sex action (bj, etc).
The aim of the actions pack is to expand that up to 20 gifs per sex action and also for variants (bj+asian, some categories are hard to find).

Giving a girl the breeder trait doesn't take away the infertile one, unless there's another serum I'm missing?

Honestly without hacking/modding the game to increase the size of the guest house and/or garden what I want is a potion/serum to cause infertility -- i.e. birth control.

With a full and maxed guest house there is no place for the children to go once they grow up, so I have zero desire for them to grow up quickly.

You can leave the kids in the nursery basically forever so you don't have to have room for them if you don't want to. Also if you support the game dev you can get a patreon code to access certain cheats to change the traits or, if you have time, can just look for anyone that is infertile. Best way is to use the back arrow once then go back forward and you can get different outcomes unless its a scripted NPC character like Blair, Octavia, Eve.
