Because:
1) I did not finish collecting images for transfemales "training" males, female and other transfemales.
2) The game tends to follow the rule to activate stuff only if you have pictures to go with it.

Maybe one day, be patient (or make a collection of vids / gifs)

in the nightclub not the bar choose enjoy drink then you will get a stripper event a threeway event or a trans will approach you

Reputation must be at least 30, then 20% chance it happens.
Note that too high rep can then activates the stripper event instead.

In current version it shouldn't happen, in older versions there was a filter missing that didn't check for female gender when on the streets (now it is checked in the pregnancy chance function).
