If you are simply writing HTML, I think notepad++ with zencoding, is the best combination.

If you also need to write Js, then I recommend aptana, open source, efficient. But the startup is a little slow.

I was able to get it figured out. In that folder that you found everything what you need to do is click on the folder path bar and type CMD, then hit enter. After in the box that pops up it's something like "node searchActions" or whatever the file name is of the bat or jav script file.

Nevermind. Looks like I can't use my save from the last version. Had to start a new game to get the UI to show the stats. Couldn't load a previous save even after starting a new game without losing the stat UI.
