nice game even if its setting is completely "not my cup of tea". but since you've been trying to overcomplicate this game for old players, new players have a lot of bad grind like building a fence or totally unnecessary "wait for 100-200 days". why not 10000-200000? the more the better, right? you'll be able to keep players' attention even for "wait for 200000000 days", right? it is a bad game design when you need to skip a lot of days. but still never get enough wolf skin or meet requirements to start some other quests. i'm sure it will be great on release date, but not now. for now this game is promising.

Still, if you want to add, I made mini action packs for black females like childbirth, gloryhole, hospital, hottub, massage, nightclub, sleeping, and wedding, though only gloryhole has actual sex scenes; the others are non-sex like undressing, dancing, etc. since I wanted to add them instead of using the default white female ones:

You need help from the dev if you are trying to use it the new way (packs -> Extended-decker-666), I didn't try this way yet.

I have nothing but the same few things to do in the game.
Gather food and wood from the forest.
Explore either gets me in fights I can't win, I can capture girls etc. or increase intelligence.
The farm lets me sell food and wood.
The underground city lets me train, and have a shop for things I don't see a use for.
I need metal for recipes, but I haven't found any.
So is the game just build up your cabin with some of the things and that's it?

You can train strength and endurance in the fireplace at the cabin..
You can still rollback and keep exploring to get some useful stuffs and avoid fights till you get some strength..
To train int there's an event with a wanderer black man and another with people digging a tomb, when those won't work no more the only way is having the library (need the blueprint to build it)

Okay. first.
You need to raise all stats higher.
STR - fight, in the arena train(there is chance to buy vitamins and raise stamina to 140)
train in the fire place. train with all guests and companions after 18:00 at fire place)
ENDurance- you can endlessly trin it at the fire place (less damage in fights) armor helps too
train and fight at underground until 80 place max there is no futher story i think. you still can still train there
INT there is some requirements for it at building and at some events
to raise it give food to veteran survivor +1 INT each time
after you get church running at settlement you can raise INT by reading books there
after you get nursery and library, your scavengers can loot books and you can read it at the library (at 100INT it gives you only 2 INT)
Fights STR + knife + gun + (crossbow + arrows)
hand fight - low damage
knife - just higher damage
gun(need ammo) and crossbow(need arrows) - are single kill
Slaves to get slaves more easy you need STR stat, maybe some items too
you need to get companions faster to raise their stats
at 18:00-20:00 you can train all guest and all your companions (2 times per day)
you also can train some slaves at the Basement in the evening.
Try to get guests with appopriate skills faster, you can wind up back some events if you do not like the results upper left button.
Guests
Scavengers - is must (it can give you rare items or materials randomly)
garden - (need garden skill to get more food) Food (garden + all upgrades for it) + working slaves slaves(max 8 or 9 i think) (or buy at the farm) (loot at the forest) hunt at the forest
hunters - (woodworker + bow equipped manually) to hunt for meat and wolf pelts(sometimes)
lamberjacks - (wood worker to get more wood) (to get wood) (need axe to assign to forest)
shop worker - (only 1) after you find and build your shop.
maid (one)
cook - (one) ( i think it is for finding spoiled food event, better to throw spoiled food)
mistress - (girls with sadist trait) (one) to raise sumbission of the slaves faster) has some scenes with slaves
Quarry - (need to craft pickaxe) (stone+c ) still have no use yet.
Hookers(street workers) - (guests and slaves) (better to have nymphomaniac and infertile(or need some condoms) from time to time raise some money on the street after you make deal with Dom it give you more profit.
Medics - (max 3) (need to get blueprint for hospital and build it) (need doctor skill) can stop bleeding by goin to Hospital, gave morechance for survival at birth
guards - need knfe + armor, give additional battlers at settlement defence and some additional events when someone tries to steal
try to buy horse after you get horse for church Settlement (this event sometime randomly pop up as meeting with merchant selling horses)
horse lowers time needed for travels and some events
horse need 1 hay each day (can buy hay at the farm)
for travelling event use rewind button if you don't like result.
in you room there will be some option for settlements and Auto options.
There is also some (in game) manuals in log book in upper right corner.

capture everyone and sell them in the underground city. i dont remember the exact number, but about 30 sells will open a metal source for you. is it also a good source of caps (money). there is a big difference between guests in the guest house (you need to build this one, extendable up to 30 beds) and slaves in the basement (up to 35). slaves can do only 2 types of jobs or so, guests are free from this limits, but they will leave you if their relationship is above 0.
that's pretty much it for a start. everything else you'll find yourself. remember that companions need to workout too and they have their own inventory. knives and armor are useful for them too.

I don't know how realistic that is. But a skill tree like in Cost of Survival would be quite motivating and rewarding.
What's the oldest age tbat can still get pregnant? Is it possible to impregnate someone at age 50+?
